Being a photographer for 35 years, I never dreamed of having a life where I could take a snap shot of a wave in the ocean or a product in the market and have it published worldwide within 24 hours.
Back in the day, we’d just open the door to our darkroom and process E6 slides, turn and burn agents to get the right exposure, pivot the enlarger and select the right dodge and burn method to make it all work.
But now you have the digital world which makes everything so much easier, fun, and a bit less adventurous in some ways too.
To further state my case, here is a website and a photographer that I can appreciate. He still uses the studio! Where do you find that in photography these days? Everyone is using their iphones for snapshots and it’s pissing me off! LOL!
